Als datum 6 lang is, geeft de routine een tekst zonder eeuw ervoor terug, dus DD MMM JJ. Indien datum met eeuw is, heeft ook de tekst een eeuw: DD MMM JJJJ.
Bij een ongeldige datum, bevat deze parameter de waarde NUL.
